The room was amazing. The lack of staff engagement with the customers was noted, and there was a lack of appreciation of our Hilton commitment. The food at Johnny's was good, but they focused on pushing the buffet instead of the menu and said there was only one server.
This hotel was booked for me as part of a business trip. Loved the location, the bed was so comfy, no back pain in the morning! I was shocked. Housekeeping was diligent, lovely interactions with staff and a great restaurant in the lobby with tentative staff
We just had our Granddaughter’s Wedding here. Where to start, if I could give more than 5 star I would. Top to the end. Bryn is absolutely amazing. Rooms fan static. We tried the Johnny,s steakhouse on Friday night, wonderful atmosphere, fantastic food & service. Ballroom & bars made everything run smooth. Can’t even describe the services during & after, I didn’t know we still had servers that still went over & above for their jobs. Always smiling, anything you needed it was done immediately. A must place for any event, or to enjoy an evening meal.rooms are comfortable & clean.
We used the conference center for a multi-day event with around 140 attendees. Many of the attendees also stayed at the hotel. I was so impressed with the facility, the AV equipment, the food, and most of all the staff that we booked it again for the following year. Everything was setup as we had requested and they even accommodated last minute changes. Anytime we had a question or a request they took care of it immediately. I've coordinated several conferences at a variety of locations and the booking, coordination, and service were all top notch. Would 100% recommend for your next event.

We chose this hotel for our wedding venue and honestly could not have picked a better place. From start to finish, this hotel exceeded every expectation we had. The venue was so beautiful and made the perfect place for our special day! A HUGE shoutout to Brynn, who was truly incredible. She was organized, responsive, and calm, and she communicated so well with my wedding coordinator, the whole planning process was completely stress free on my end. On the wedding day, we didn’t have to worry about a single thing because Brynn had everything handled. She went above and beyond for us, and we will be forever grateful for her. We are so happy with our decision to go with The Rewind Hotel and couldn’t recommend it enough!!
We have absolutely no regrets or complaints with having our wedding reception at The Rewind Hotel. From working with Bryn and her team to the food from Johnny's, it was all PERFECT. We took advantage of the hotel's (huge) suite for the bridesmaids and myself to get ready in and later for my husband and I to crash in after the party. It was so spacious and clean. Any requests or questions we had, Bryn was quick to answer and help us with our needs. Bryn and her team took A LOT of stress off our plates and made the whole day enjoyable!
A fabulous hotel with really cute Christmas decor, clean facilities, and the kindest most well-organized staff! Captain Kevin was our most charming shuttle driver- be sure to book in advance- and Alona took care of us at the front desk each day. A very lovely establishment indeed!
